2010/11 Rental Rates
Rates are quoted in euros. If, however, you wish to pay in sterling, the prevailing exchange rate as quoted on www.moneycorp.com/Personal/ will be used.
If paying in sterling, the rate used will be that quoted on the day the booking form is sent out to the client and 7 days prior to the final payment becoming due. In additional, there will be a one off handling charge of £30 to cover costs in transferring the money to our euro bank account.
NB: If you do not require the annexe, please deduct 500 euros from the price quoted. Please note that the annexe is only available to rent in conjunction with the main house and cannot be rented by itself.
The pool and jacuzzi are heated from 1st June to 31st August. If you require heating outwith this period, there will be an additional charge.
A Saturday changeover is not always necessary outwith peak season and rates will be adjusted accordingly. There may be an additional heating charge during the winter season. There is free broadband internet access. Local telephone calls are free.

Low season 2900 euros
Mid season 3100 euros
High season 3350 euros
Peak season 3800 euros
