2009/10 Rental Rates
The property will be fully cleaned and beds prepared for your arrival. Our rates include bed linen (changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks or more), bath towels, heating and electricity, wood for log fire, on-site security, garden and pool maintenance. A cot can be provided free of charge if required.
NB: If you do not require the annexe, please deduct £400 from the price quoted. Please note that the annexe is only available to rent in conjunction with the main house and cannot be rented by itself.
Euros are also accepted.
A Saturday changeover is not always necessary outwith peak season and rates will be adjusted accordingly. There may be an additional heating charge during the winter season. There is free broadband internet access. Local telephone calls are free.
The jacuzzi is heated free of charge. Pool heating is optional and costs £120 per week. A refundable security/breakages deposit of £500 per week or part thereof will be required.
