"Villa Hirondelles", in Pont Royal, is built in traditional style. With three bedrooms in the main house, large lounge and dining area with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, mezannine with sofa bed, TV and study area, and separate annex with kitchenette and shower room, there is plenty of space in which to relax. Terra cotta floors downstairs and natural wood upstairs, cathedral ceiling in the lounge dining area and wrought iron and natural wood railing on the mezannine, all contribute to give our villa its luxury feel.
Outside, bordering the large secluded pool and spacious jacuzzi, there is a sun terrace where you can also play table tennis. There is also a covered terrace, overlooking the Luberon, with built in barbecue and table and chairs. Outside the master bedroom, a second terrace, covered in wisteria and jasmine, makes an ideal place to catch up on your reading. There is a lawn area with trees for shade in the summer and a few steps lead down to the boules pitch . The garden is landscaped and leads down into the valley and has wonderful views of both the Luberon and the village of Pont Royal.
